Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients over 65 years old, male or female undergoing surgery (2) Patients undergo more than three levels of general anesthesia, which the time of surgery is expected to be greater than 60 minutes; (3) People who sign informed consent and are able to cooperate with information collection
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) MMSE score: illiterate < 17 points, primary level < 20 points, secondary level (including technical middle school) <22 points, university level (including junior college) <24 points; (2) Patients with other serious medical conditions that may affect the assessment of neurocognitive impairment, such as mental illness, hearing or speech impairment; (3) Regular use of psychotropic drugs (including sleep-inducing drugs and benzodiazepines) and substances that limit the performance of neurocognitive tests; (4) Patients who participated in other related clinical studies within 3 months before (5) Loss of informed consent
