Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.One partner has a CRC diagnosis (regardless of the stage); 2.Spouse was the primary caregiver caring the CRC patients; 3.Adult couples (aged=18 years) who undertake the CRC challenges together; 4.At least one partner was able to utilize a mobile phone; 5.Couples were informed of the disease and consented to participate in this study willingly.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Either of the couple had a severe physical or mental disorder (contains but is not limited to heart disease, stroke, schizophrenia, and Alzheimer’s disease, which was diagnosed by a doctor); 2.One of the patient's spouses is unwilling to communicate or refuses to participate.
