Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient inclusion criteria: (1) met the diagnostic criteria for chronic disorders of consciousness in the European Guidelines for diagnosis of Coma and consciousness disorders;(2) had a caregiver. Inclusion criteria for primary caregivers: (1) is a family member, responsible for the primary care of patients and the management of treatment related expenses; (2) age 18-80 years; (3) has normal cognitive and communication skills; (4) knows the patient's condition; (5) informed consent and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient exclusion criteria: midway disease change or death. Primary caregiver exclusion criteria: (1) paid caregiver; (2) Caregivers with communication barriers; (3) Caregivers with mental disorders.
