Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia as defined by the International Classification of Diseases 10th Edition (ICD-10) [5], with significant depressive symptoms (CDSS score = 7), acute symptoms of schizophrenia have been mostly controlled, and the condition is in a relatively stable state; (2) Aged between 18 and 60 years; (3) Have basic cognitive abilities and comprehension skills, capable of participating in and completing CCBT intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Presence of severe alcohol or drug dependence, severe bipolar disorder and other serious mental disorders; 2) Accompanied by severe cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled diabetes and other serious physical diseases; 3) history or contraindication to sertraline or other similar drugs; 4) Use of other experimental drugs or received other psychological interventions before or during the study; 5) Pregnant or lactating females; 6) Cognitive impairment and inability to cooperate with relevant treatment interventions.
