Fall risk self-assessment group:The Chinese version of Fall Risk Self-Assessment Scale combined with MORSE Fall Risk Assessment Scale to assess fall risk.
Control group:The Chinese version of Fall Risk Self-Assessment Scale combined with MORSE Fall Risk Assessment Scale to assess fall risk.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 60 years old, informed consent, willing to participate in the study, able to understand and cooperate with health guidance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age < 60 years old, cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with health guidance, critically ill patients, critically ill patients who are absolutely bedridden, patients with hospitalization days <= 3 days.
