Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age: 18-45 years; 2) ASA classification II-III; 3) Gestational age: 37-42 weeks; 4)The patient or legal representative signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant women with other comorbidities that are not well-controlled, such as hypertension, diabetes, chronic pain, epilepsy, asthma, renal function impairment (BUN and/or Cr > 2 times the normal value), liver function impairment (ALT and/or AST > 1.5 times the normal value), etc.; 2) Pregnant women with special obstetric conditions: placental abruption, placenta previa with bleeding, fetal abnormalities, umbilical cord prolapse, entanglement, twin or multiple pregnancies; 3) Pregnant women who require an emergency cesarean section due to special circumstances, such as fever with acute infection, trauma, etc., but excluding normal obstetric emergencies, such as labor arrest, abnormal fetal heart rate monitoring; 4) Pregnant women allergic to any anesthetic component; 5) Pregnant women who refuse, disagree, or cannot understand the trial protocol; 6) Patients with other conditions that, in the opinion of the researcher, are not suitable for inclusion.
