Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Capable adult female (>=18 years old); 2) Sign informed consent; 3) Twin pregnancies from 20+0 weeks to 33+6 weeks; 4) Clinical manifestations of threatened prematurity: 4 or more contractions an hour Lower abdominal pain or abdominal tightness, lumbar acid and other symptoms Vaginal examination revealed dilation of the uterine orifice or regression of the cervical canal Ultrasound examination of cervical canal length less than 25mm (before 24 weeks); 5) The fetal membrane is intact.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) History of cervical conectomy or circumferential surgery; 2) Uterine malformations; 3) Rupture of membranes; 4) Chorioamniotic inflammation; 5) After cervical cervicectomy; 6) Obstetric complications that may lead to premature birth; 7) Placenta previa; 8) Vaginal examination uterine dilation greater than 3cm.
