Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Perioperative patients aged >=18 years in thoracic surgical wards; 2.Volunteer to participate in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hospital stay in thoracic surgery unit <24h; 2.Severe dysfunction of heart, brain, kidney and other organs; 3.Cognitive dysfunction; 4.Withdrawal from the study;
