Stellate ganglion group:After anesthesia induction, select C6 or C7 under ultrasound guidance for GBS and administer 5ml of 1% lidocaine.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The age of the central hospital in Bazhong is between 18 and 70 years old. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classifies patients as Grade I-III and plans to undergo elective surgery for the placement of a laryngeal mask under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative presence of throat pain or hoarseness; 2. There is a high risk of reflux aspiration (such as pregnancy, satiety, gastroesophageal reflux disease, or hiatal hernia); 3. Expected difficulty with laryngeal mask (potential facial deformities or mouth opening30kg/m^2; 4. Patients with a family history of malignant hyperthermia in the past; 5. Allergy to local anesthetics used in the research institute, infection at the puncture site, abnormal coagulation function, and allergy to latex; 6. Individuals with cognitive impairment, hearing and language impairments, a history of mental illness, difficulty communicating, or severe mental disorders that make it difficult to cooperate.
