Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in the first affiliated hospital of Chongqing medical university and their family caregivers were included if the patients met the diagnostic criteria of MG consisted of fluctuating muscle weakness and one or more of the following: positive response to anticholinesterase drugs;more than 10% decrease in amplitude of the compound muscle action potential on 3 Hz RNS;positive acetylcholine receptor (AChR) or muscle-specific tyrosine kinase (MuSK) antibody assay.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. taking anti-anxiety or anti-depression drugs; 2.abnormal hearing or cognitive perception; 3. missing crucial information.
