Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histologically or cytologically confirmed unresectable locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC, staged according to the AJCC 8th Edition. 2. Previously received first-line treatment for advanced disease based on PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitors, with more than 2 cycles of PD-1 or PD-L1 therapy administered. 3. Documented disease progression during or after first-line treatment for advanced disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received <=2 cycles of first-line treatment with PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors. 2. Patients with incomplete key baseline or treatment information were excluded.
