Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 65-80 years old, gender unlimited; 2.Can live independently (4ADLs: dressing, bathing, walking, bed chair transfer); 3.MCR diagnostic criteria: Walking speed Clinical diagnosis Slow walking (single task gait test) : male 65 to 74 years old, walking speed = 75 years old, walking speed = 75 years old, walking speed = 12 years of education) /25 minutes (<12 years of education); 4.Good compliance with treatment and follow-up is expected; 5.Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Cognitive impairment caused by clinically diagnosed neurological degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, Lewy body dementia, frontotemporal dementia, and Parkinson's disease; 2.MMSE<=23; 3.History of brain tumor or mental illness, acute stroke <= 6 months; 4.Cardiothrombotic disease, such as mitral stenosis and atrial fibrillation, myocardial infarction within six months, cardiac mural thrombosis or valve neoplasms, congestive heart failure, endocarditis; 5.Obvious abnormal bleeding/coagulation mechanism; 6.Severe liver and kidney insufficiency, malignant tumors, or the presence of serious diseases requiring medical intervention or surgery; 7.Known causes of slow gait (non-neurological causes such as arthritis, heart disease, and neurological causes such as hemiplegia, ataxia, spasms, Parkinson's disease, and frontal lobe disease); 8.Pregnant or lactating women; 9.Life expectancy < 6 months or expected to undergo any surgery within 6 months; 10.Refusal to sign informed consent, poor compliance, or failure to cooperate with complete treatment.
