Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age>=18 years; (2) enteral nutrition through gastric tube and nasoenteric tube; (3) Patients or family members are informed and willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients who have already received enteral nutrition before admission to the intensive care unit; (2)Pregnant or breastfeeding women; (3)Patients with chronic diarrhea or constipation; (4)Patients with cerebrospinal fluid leakage or other conditions that prevent nasal tube insertion.
