Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Restriction of active movement, strength and function of shoulder joint for more than 1 month and no significant effect after 2 weeks of conservative treatment; 2. Physical condition permits rehabilitation training; 3. Preoperative MRI results diagnosed rotator cuff injury; 4. Voluntarily sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous shoulder joint surgery; 2, there are significant comorbidities affecting limb control, such as Parkinson's disease; 3. Affected patients with shoulder joint injury (including clavicle fracture, glenolabial injury and humeral head dislocation); 4. Any deformity or lesion in the elbow or wrist joint; 5. Unwilling/unable to complete the study follow-up or incomplete follow-up data;
