Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Couples have normal sexual life without contraception for more than 1 year, and the wife is not pregnant; 2. Both husband and wife have normal chromosomes, no family history of genetic diseases, no endocrine, and anatomical factors abnormal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The wife suffered from endometriosis, uterine fibroids, endometritis and other diseases affecting the implantation of embryos; 2. Acute infection of male genitourinary system; 3. severe oligospermia of male; 4. The husband performs epididymal puncture, testicular puncture to extract sperm, or needs frozen sperm for in vitro fertilization; 5. The husband is diagnosed azoospermia, which needs sperm donor treatment.
