Conditions

Parkinson's disease (PD)

Interventions

Gold Standard:Necessary bradykinesia with at least one of the two main signs of static tremor or myotonia: No absolute exclusion criteria
At least 2 supporting standards exist
No warning signs.
Index test:Saliva samples were collected, and flexible sensors were affixed to the surfaces of orbicularis oculi and hand muscles of patients, and the stress-strain data of orbicularis oculi and hand

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis of Parkinson's syndrome was in line with the diagnostic criteria of the 2016 Chinese Parkinson's Disease Diagnostic Guidelines. 2. Sign informed consent. 3. The control group is selected to have the same gender and age as the PD group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Eye diseases: Patients diagnosed with other eye diseases (such as cataracts, retinal diseases, etc) may be excluded; 2.Severe vision problems: If the patient has a severe visual impairment that may affect the measurement and analysis of eye movement signals, such patients may be excluded; 3.Other neurological diseases: If there are other diseases affecting the function of the nervous system, such as severe encephalopathy or other neurological diseases, may be excluded criteria; 4.Severe cognitive impairment: Severe cognitive impairment may affect the patient's ability to collaborate and understand, thus affecting the quality of data collection, so such patients may be excluded; 5.Patients who cannot cooperate: Patients may be excluded if they are unable to cooperate with the experimental requirements for some reason, such as unable to sit or stand independently or unable to cooperate with the sensor placement; 6.Patients who cannot cooperate: Patients may be excluded if they are unable to cooperate with the experimental requirements for some reason, such as unable to sit or stand independently or unable to cooperate with the sensor placement; 7.Patients who cannot wear the sensor: If the patient is unable to wear the sensor due to reasons such as skin sensitivity or allergies, it may be excluded; 8. Not meeting the requirements of the study: Patients who do not meet other specific requirements of the study design, such as age, disease severity, etc., may also be excluded.
