Inclusion criteria: 1.age >= 45; 2.High-risk patients of ASCVD or patients with ischemic stroke; 3.Sign informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unwilling to participate in a clinical study; 2.Participate in other clinical studies; 3.A history of severe mental illness; 4.Unable to complete follow-up; 5.Life expectancy < 3 years;
