18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with oral cancer aged between 18 and 60 years old; 2. Patients who have not undergone radiotherapy before or after surgery; 3. Patients who have undergone tumor excision with extended resection + neck lymph node dissection or concurrent vascularized free tissue flap reconstruction; 4. Able to sign the informed consent form and voluntarily accept follow-up during the postoperative recovery period at home.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with preoperative shoulder and neck diseases such as frozen shoulder, cervical spondylosis, or those with upper limb dysfunction or hemiplegia; 2. Patients with Alzheimer's disease, mental illness, or severe auditory or language dysfunction.
