Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria in the Chinese Guidelines for Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Non-specific Low Back Pain; 2. Age 18~65 years old; 3. The course of the disease is more than 12 weeks; 4. Have a history of recurrent lumboback and lumbosacral pain; 5. VAS score>=3 points; 6. Straight leg raise test is negative, and the imaging examination is normal; 7. No manual therapy or other rehabilitation therapy within three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of spine-specific diseases (such as severe infection, tumor, fracture, osteoporosis, lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar spondylolisthesis, spinal deformity, etc.); 2. Previous history of lumbar spine surgery (such as discectomy, spinal decompression, spinal fusion, etc.); 3. Pregnant women; 4. Concomitant with severe cardiovascular, renal, hepatic or psychiatric diseases; 5. Taking various drugs or receiving other related treatments that may affect the results of the trial; 6. Poor compliance, unable to cooperate with the completion of assessment and rehabilitation training.
