Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Voluntary signed informed consent; (2) Patients with mild cognitive impairment due to Alzheimer's disease and mild dementia due to Alzheimer's disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe hypersensitivity, including angioedema and anaphylactic reactions, to lencanumab or any of the excipients of the product; (2) Pregnant as well as lactating women; (3) Patients with AD who are on anticoagulants; (4) AD patients with coagulation disorders; (5) AD patients with significant cerebral hemorrhage, brain swelling, aneurysm, vascular malformation, or brain tumor; (6) People with uncontrollable bleeding disorders; (7) Those who, in the judgment of the investigator, are deemed unsuitable for participation in this study.
