Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Moderate to severe AS that meets the diagnostic criteria of echocardiography: AVA=20.00 mmHg, or PV>=3.00 m/s.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to participate in follow-up due to various reasons. 2. Patients with an expected life expectancy of less than 1 year.
