Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Young permanent teeth with large tooth loss due to deep caries or enamel hypoplasia in clinical diagnosis, with more than 1/2 of the loss area in synoptic view, including single-sided and compound-sided cavities, and the age of the child is 6-15 years old. 2) Normal pulp vitality, intact pulp cavity on X-ray, no apical lesions. 3)No systemic or immunological diseases. 4)Parents signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Cumulative pulpal or apical lesions of the affected tooth. 2)The child is unable to co-operate with the clinical operation. 3)Those whose parents do not consent to the case study.
