Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patient age >= 18 years old; (2) Perform general anesthesia surgery for treatment; (3) The surgical position is supine; (4) Surgical time >= 3 hours (from the end of position placement to the end of surgery); (5) Postoperative hospitalization time >= 3 days; (6) Informed consent and voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combination of acute and chronic skin diseases or pre-existing pressure injuries to the skin and mucous membranes; (2) There is a nutritional risk (NRS 2002 score >= 3); (3) Any known disease that can alter skin temperature, such as Cold Warm Complex Zone Pain Syndrome (CRPS).
