Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18 years old <= age <= 60 years old; 2.Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis (HT) in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Thyroid Diseases in China" (2008), with positive serum TPOAb (thyroid peroxidase antibody) and/or TGAb (thyroid globulin antibody);3.The ultrasonographic appearance shows diffuse and heterogeneous hypoechogenic changes within the thyroid gland;4.Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT) with normal thyroid function, or HT with subclinical hypothyroidism, or HT with various degrees of thyroid dysfunction;5.Newly diagnosed patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT) who have not received treatment with immunomodulators, vitamins, or other trace elements;6.Patients with good treatment compliance, who are fully informed about this study and have voluntarily signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other thyroid diseases;2.Pregnant or breastfeeding women;3.Patients who have received treatment with glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, or traditional Chinese medicine;4.Patients with malignant tumors or psychiatric disorders;5.Patients who have recently received treatment with selenocompounds, immunomodulators, or radioactive iodine;6.Patients with other autoimmune diseases;7.Patients with severe cardiovascular, cerebral, hepatic, or renal diseases, or those with infections, fever, or allergies;8.Patients with poor compliance, incomplete data, or those who withdraw from the study midway.
