Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) having lost a significant other (family member, partner, or close friend) with a bereavement period exceeding 6 months; (2) being able to utilize the mini-program to complete the intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) presence of suicidal ideation; (2) having a formal diagnosis of any psychiatric disorder; (3) currently taking psychotropic medications; (4) currently receiving other psychological interventions.
