Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) based on subjective cognitive decline reported by the patient or an informant within the past year; MoCA score = 60 years; (3) No regular physical exercise (moderate intensity or above, >= 30 minutes/day, >=3 days/week) in the past six months; (4) Ability to use WeChat; (5) Voluntary participation in the study, with informed consent signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Currently receiving treatment for cognitive impairment or depression or taking related medications; (2) Cognitive decline resulting from intracranial lesions or other neurological disorders (e.g., Parkinson’s disease, stroke, etc.); (3) Suffering from chronic diseases that impede mobility; (4) Individuals with visual or auditory impairments, or communication difficulties.
