treatment group(dense area of cutaneous nerves):TENS electrode pads were placed in the densely populated area of the cutaneous nerve and intervened for 10 days, five days a week, for two consecutive w

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Kellgren-Lawrence grade 2 or 3 knee OA; 2. Knee pain or swelling for at least 3 months; 3. Agree to participate in a research trial;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnancy; 2. history of trauma to the knee; 3. Patients with unstable vital signs; 4. Under the age of 50; 5. infection; 6. End-stage osteoarthritis of the knee (Kellgren-Lawrence Scale 4;
