Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Our hospital files patients with confirmed or suspected central nervous system infection; 2.Blood and cerebrospinal fluid should be collected before antimicrobial therapy or immunotherapy. 3.Have a pathogenic, serological or pathological examination report; 4.Age greater than 0 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cerebrospinal fluid volume < 1ml, with blood cerebrospinal fluid; 2.Incomplete clinical data. 3.Over the age of 60.
