Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with hypertension and a medical history of = 1 year; (2) Age = 18 years old; (3) Hypertensive patients are divided into four groups according to the 2018 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension: low-risk group, medium risk group, high-risk group, and extremely high-risk group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging; (2) History of alcohol and drug abuse; (2) Having a clear history of cranial tumors and traumatic brain injury; (3) History of mental illness; (4) Active epilepsy; (5) Diagnosed with AD or other unexplained dementia; (6) Combined with severe aphasia or severe neurological deficits.
