Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. One of the couples was diagnosed with colorectal cancer (any diagnosed) by pathological diagnosis; 2. The spouse was the primary caregiver of the patient; 3. Adults married couples (age >18 years old); 4. Neither patient nor spousal caregiver have a verbal communication disorder and cognitive impairment (such as bipolar disorder, Alzheimer's disease, etc.), and can communicate normally; 5. Both partners of the couple have basic reading, understanding and writing skills, and can cooperate with the teaching of the intervention content; 6. At least one of the spouses has a mobile phone, and can use the mobile phone to answer or chat on Wechat; 7. Both partners of the couple have informed consent and volunteered to participate in the study; 8. Both partners of the couple are aware of the illness and have the capacity for civil conduct;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The spouse was not the primary informal caregiver of the patient; 2. Spousal caregivers have serious physical or psychological diseases, such as severe depression;
