18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients diagnosed with hepatic hemangioma according to preoperative imaging and postoperative pathology; 2. single or multiple tumors, definite clinical symptoms or asymptomatic patients with rapid tumor diameter increase (average annual increase >=2cm); 3. at the age of 18 to 65; 4. preoperative Child-Pugh score <=7; 5. patients who could undergo both laparoscopic and open resection for the treatment of hepatic hemangioma; 6. Normal cardiopulmonary function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. previous history of upper abdominal surgery; 2. preoperative treatment of hepatic hemangioma; 3. no informed consent; 4. Infectious diseases
