Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Score on the Smartphone Addiction Scale is 23 or higher; 2.Age between 15 and 24 years old; 3.Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently receiving psychological counseling or psychiatric medication treatment; 2. Diagnosed with mental disorders according to DSM-5 (such as depression, anxiety) or a history of substance dependence.
