Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years, no gender limit; 2. Clearly conscious and able to use a cell phone to complete a psychiatric-psychological assessment independently or with the assistance of a family member; 3. Voluntary participation in research;

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with serious medical conditions or dysfunctions that prevent them from completing the questionnaire;
