Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age range: 18-65 years old, gender not limited; 2 Hepatic steatosis+type 2 diabetes/overweight/obesity (BMI>23Kg/m^2) detected by B-ultrasound; 3 B-ultrasound examination shows hepatic tissue steatosis+lean/normal constitution (BMI<23Kg/m^2) with at least two metabolic abnormality risk factors: male and female waist circumference = 90/80cm; Blood pressure = 130/85mmHg or receiving specific drug treatment; Plasma triglycerides = 150mg/dL (= 1.70mmol/L) or receiving specific drug treatment; Plasma high-density lipoprotein cholesterol: males<40mg/dL (<1.0mmol/L) and females<50mg/dL (<1.3mmol/L) or receiving specific drug treatment; Pre diabetes: fasting blood glucose level is 5.6-6.9 mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Merge other liver diseases (alcoholic fatty liver, viral fatty liver, autoimmune hepatitis, etc.) and drug-related fatty liver (corticosteroids, valproic acid, tamoxifen, methotrexate, amiodarone, etc.), as well as weight loss related fatty liver; 2 Individuals who have taken PPI, H2 receptor antagonists, bismuth supplements, antibiotics, synbiotics, probiotics, or other drugs that have altered their gut microbiota within one month; 3 Individuals who have undergone colonoscopy within one month, those with acute or chronic gastrointestinal inflammation, pregnant women, those with multiple underlying diseases that are difficult to study, and those with mental illnesses; Renal dysfunction and liver transplant patients.
