Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Pre-school children aged 3-6 years; (2) Confirmed moderate to severe persistent allergic rhinitis; (3) Mite allergen test was positive;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) mild allergic rhinitis; (2) Have uncontrolled or severe asthma; (3) suffering from serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, acute and chronic infectious diseases, autoimmune or immunodeficiency diseases, malignant tumors and other diseases; (4) Patients with severe mental illness or difficult to cooperate with treatment. (5) Discontinuation of treatment during the study.
