Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis and the indications for TKA surgery; 2. Age>=18 years; 3. Patients who plan to undergo unilateral total knee arthroplasty; 4. Fully understand the patient's instructions and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient is in critical condition; 2. Cognitive impairment, unable to effectively communicate their wishes, unable to cooperate with the trial; 3. The patient is allergic to the couplant and cannot undergo Doppler ultrasonography of the lower limbs.
