Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The first onset of the disease, meeting the diagnostic criteria of the stroke diagnosis and treatment guidelines, and confirmed by imaging data; (2) The course of the disease is not more than 6 months, and the duration of swallowing disorder is more than two weeks; (3) Grade III to V. of the drinking water test in the depression field and the presence of swallowing disorder has been confirmed; (4) Stable vital signs, no unconscious impairment or obvious cognitive impairment, which can cooperate with this study; (5) Patients and their families voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Dysphagia not caused by the first onset or stroke; (2) Those who have a pacemaker, intracranial metal, cochlear implant or metal denture in the body; (3) Those who have broken skin on the head and neck or are allergic to electrodes; (4) Patients with mental illness or previous mental illness; (5) Patients with skull defects.
