18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years and <=80 years; 2. Brain MRI showed that it met the 2013 STRIVE imaging diagnostic criteria; 3. Clear consciousness, normal vision, hearing, and language comprehension.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. White matter lesions caused by non-vascular factors such as multiple sclerosis, cranial tumors, central nervous system demyelinating lesions, adult leukodysplasia, CO poisoning, etc.; 2. Genetically related cerebral small vessel disease (e.g., CADASIL); 3. Suffering from severe heart disease (acute myocardial infarction or heart failure), severe infection, severe liver and kidney disease, tumor, severe respiratory insufficiency, atrial fibrillation and other diseases; 4. Exclude intracranial and extracranial artery stenosis of more than 50% or previous carotid endarterectomy; 5. Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, taking antidepressants, antipsychotics in the past 1 month, claustrophobia.
