Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18-80 years; ASA class I-III; Elective general anesthesia for knee arthroplasty; They voluntarily participated in the trial and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A history of previous knee surgery or trauma; Those who could not complete the postoperative follow-up; Those suffering from infectious diseases, malignant tumors, serious hematopoietic system diseases, and those complicated with serious diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney, etc; Patients with severe mental illness or preoperative cognitive dysfunction; Patients who take psychotropic drugs or opioids for a long time.
