Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. tumor diameter = =90; F. Understand, agree and cooperate with daytime operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Patients with previous nasal surgery and severe nasal diseases (severe sinusitis, etc.) B. Patients with serious complications (heart disease, blood system, respiratory system, digestive system, etc.); C. patients with mental illness or serious mental illness; D. Female patients who have a parenting plan within 6 months and are pregnant or nursing; E preoperative imaging examination and other preoperative examination results are not suitable for enrollment.
