0.2 Years to 37 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients met the latest TSC diagnostic criteria of the International League against Epilepsy. 2. An average of at least 2 seizures per month in the six months prior to surgery; 3.The patient underwent comprehensive preoperative evaluation and epilepsy surgery; 4. The 18F-FDG PET test has been at least 48 hours since the last seizure; 5. Complete at least 1 year of follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. accompanied by encephalitis, hydrocephalus, cerebral hemorrhage or cerebrovascular disease and other specific neurological disorders; 2. There are contraindications for imaging examination; 3. Poor image quality, such as head movement caused serious image artifacts.
