Postoperative Cognitive function

Interventions

Dexmedetomidine low-dose group:At the time of induction of anesthesia, 0.4ug/kg/h dexmedetomidine was given intravenously and stopped 30 minutes before the end of surgery.
Dexmedetomidine high-dose group:At induction of anesthesia 0.8ug/kg/h dexmedetomidine was given intravenously and discontinued 30 minutes before the end of surgery.
Normal saline group:Intravenous infusion of an equal volume of normal saline

30 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 30 and 65 years old; 2. ASA I-III; 3. BMI between 18 and 30 kg/m²; 4. Planning gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia, expected pneumoperitoneum time of 1 to 3 hours; 5. Communication was smooth, and informed consent was obtained from the patient and his family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a previous history of neurological, psychiatric or traumatic brain injury diseases; Patients with drug or alcohol addiction; 2. Special users who cannot tolerate narcotic drugs; 3. Education is Illiteracy; 4. Patients with visual, hearing and presentation disorders that may affect the assessment of memory function.
