Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The first ankle sprain occurred at least 12 months before the experiment, and this injury caused inability to engage in activities or bear weight for at least three days. (2) There has been no repeated ankle injury, and no sense of "loss of control" and ankle instability for at least 12 months. (3) The patient has returned to the pre - injury physical activity level for at least 12 months. (4) The CAIT score > 24. (5) The patient has more than one year of strength training experience, with a training frequency of at least 2 - 3 times a week, and has an urgent need to return to sports. (6) There has been no upper or lower limb injury affecting the experiment within 3 months before the experiment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Fractures in the lower limbs that require realignment or musculoskeletal surgery. (2) Acute trauma to the lower limbs within 3 months before the experiment or less than 3 months since the last sprain. (3) Positive results in the talar tilt test or anterior drawer test. (4) The CAIT score <= 24. (5) Lower limb osteoarthritis, head trauma, inner ear diseases, muscular dystrophy, or other diseases that may affect normal gait.
