Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for depression group: 1. Interviewed and diagnosed by the same chief psychiatric physician, meeting DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for depressive disorder (typical symptoms of depression and duration of illness more than two weeks) 2. Normal IQ, native language Chinese 3. HAMD-17>=17 points; Third, the age is 12 to 18 years old, right-handed; Able to cooperate with the examinations and treatments required to complete the study. 2. Inclusion criteria for the normal group:1. HAMD - 17<7 points; 2. Normal IQ and memory rough test; 3. Have not received relevant treatment in the past; 4. Age 12 to 18 years old, right-handed; 5. Physical health
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Neur development disorder, other patients with mental illness.
