Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Age >= 18 2: Use of vasoactive drugs due to hypotension 3: Indwelling arterial catheter

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating patients 2. Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent form 3. Patients requiring V-A ECMO support before the start of the study 4. Patients who withdraw from treatment for various reasons within 48 hours after enrollment 5. Patients with endogenous or exogenous intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) devices 6. Patients with arrhythmias 7. Patients with contraindications to vasopressor therapy or a Do-Not-Resuscitate (DNR) order
