Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 120 patients underwent thyroidectomy under general anesthesia between February 2025 and December 2025;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient has severe obstructive ventilation dysfunction, bronchial asthma, and upper respiratory infection; 2.Preoperative electrocardiogram indicates rapid arrhythmia; 3.Severe pulmonary arterial hypertension; 4.Cardiac function level III-IV; 5.Mental illness; 6.Uncontrolled severe hypertension before surgery; 7.Hyperthyroidism; 8.Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 9.Difficult airway; 10.History of allergy to anesthetic drugs in the study; 11.Increased intracranial pressure or intraocular pressure; 12.Patients who have recently taken sedatives and analgesics.
