Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Residing in rural areas for >=6 months; 2. Aged>=60 years; 3. Undertaking the primary caregiving role in the family, providing continuous care for elderly parents for >=3 months; 4. Exposure to or utilization of digital health technologies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with severe illnesses who are unable to care for themselves; 2. Caregivers and care recipients residing in different locations (not within the same county/district).
