Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with xanthelasma who visited the Laser Beauty Center at Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital, Zhongshan University, between January 2023 and January 2024, and received CO2 laser and heparin sodium treatments, aged 18 to 65 years (inclusive), with no gender restrictions; 2.Clinically diagnosed with xanthelasma (referencing China Clinical Dermatology); 3.Patients who did not receive any other medications or treatments for xanthelasma during and within 3 months after the treatment period; 4.Patients with complete clinical data and information;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with concurrent skin conditions that affect the evaluation of treatment efficacy; 2.Patients with any history of severe clinical systemic diseases/surgical history; 3.Patients taking anticoagulant medications; 4.Patients with incomplete data; 5.Patients who used other methods to treat xanthelasma during the treatment and follow-up period;
