Interventions

Control group:After the delivery of the placenta, epidural analgesia was administered and the epidural catheter was removed after routine monitoring and observation for 2 hours.
extension group:Continue to maintain epidural blockade until 6-8 hours postpartum after delivery of the placenta

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >= 18 years old, gestational age >= 37 weeks, live birth, planned vaginal delivery, admitted with diagnosis of "gestational hypertension" or "preeclampsia", voluntarily accepting EA delivery analgesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic hypertension; Chronic kidney disease; Congenital heart disease; Serious complications (heart failure, pulmonary arterial hypertension, HELLP syndrome, etc.); Prenatal TVR is normal; Emergency production; Incomplete epidural block or explosive pain; Transfer cesarean section; Postpartum bleeding (bleeding greater than 500ml within 24 hours postpartum); The postpartum analgesic effect is unsatisfactory; Severe complications in pregnant women or transfer to MICU; Postpartum hospitalization time5 days.
