Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with early or mid-stage ACLF/SACLF due to hepatitis B were diagnosed and screened according to the standards set in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Liver Failure (2018 Edition)" and also met the indications outlined in the "Expert Consensus on Clinical Application of Artificial Liver Blood Purification Technology (2022 Edition).";

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anyone who meets one of the following criteria is eliminated, including those younger than 18 years or older than 70 years of age, advanced ACLF/SACLF (i.e., PTA = 2.6, or with >= 2 complications/extrahepatic organ failure), overlapping other hepatitis virus infections (such as HCV, HIV, etc.), liver failure caused by other causes (such as alcoholic liver disease, autoimmune liver disease, etc.), and relative contraindications in the Expert Consensus on the Clinical Application of Artificial Liver Blood Purification Technology (2022 Edition) (i.e., active bleeding/DIC, severe allergies such as plasma/heparin/protamine, hemodynamic instability, unstable infarction caused by cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents, extravascular hemolysis, severe sepsis).
